As Utah’s first small-batch premium cocktail bitters company, our focus has always been about education and unique, quality-made flavors handcrafted in small batches.
With a growing list of unique flavors available we have bitters for everyone; from the novice home-bartender or baker, to seasoned chefs and of course, those in the bar industry.
Based in Utah, we believe we have some of the best ingredients available to us right here at home. From Utah honey (what our state is best known for) to apricots, apples & blueberries to rhubarb & even salt. We are doing our best to represent this beautiful state we hail from.
